Code of Conduct

The basis of all things successful is good discipline and dedication.

Accordingly, Wingate University Women’s Soccer Program needs to set high standards of discipline and good behavior is the Program is to reach and maintain the highest possible standards.

Academics                           

            -    Attend all classes

            -    Complete grade report sheets on time

            -    Good relationship with professors

            -    Do all academic work in your own time

Practice:

-         Arrive early

-         Enthusiasm and work rate

-         No ‘bad days at the office’                           

-         Set a high standard in everything you do from the warm-up onwards

Game:

-         Good warm-up

-         Out together – in together

-         Mentally prepared

-         Competitive and expressive

-         Not afraid to make mistakes

-         Handle set-backs

Injured Players:

-         Attend all scheduled treatments

-         No sitting watching practice

-         Training room is not a refuge
