Spring Season
Individual Sessions
We believe that
practice is the key to the overall development of
the player. To help the players practice, we work
twice a week in groups of four on isolated skills
in order to benefit their games.
Each player
will get two sessions a week incorporating the
following:

Balance

Co-ordination
Fitness
Training
As different
aspects of fitness are important, we bring in a
fully qualified fitness instructor two days a week
to work with the players on the following:

Core
Stability

Plyometrics
-
Reaction Time
Games
The spring
games are:

Seen as an
examination of the work being done all spring
-
Players are
to evaluate themselves according to pre-defined
criteria.

An
opportunity for players to get experience
playing in different positions.
