Barbie
Baltimore will begin her second season as the assistant
coach with Wingate University this fall. Baltimore is no
stranger to Wingate volleyball. As a senior captain and
first team All-conference player in 2003, she led the
Bulldogs to the SAC championship and Wingate’s first
ever trip to the NCAA tournament.
As a
first year assistant in 2006, she helped lead Wingate to
a 25-8 overall record and an NCAA Division II South
Atlantic Regional appearance. Wingate won both the SAC
regular season and the Food Lion SAC tournament a season
ago.
Baltimore graduated from
Wingate in 2004 with a degree in Sport Management. She
is currently enrolled in the Wingate MBA program.
